This is a scam. I paid for two boxes in the beginning of October 2025. It is late November 2025. I’ve sent multiple requests to cancel the order and give me a refund and they just keep offering me $15 “partial refund” while I wait and are refusing to actually just cancel the order and give me a refund. Mind you it still has not shipped, so they’re just keeping my money and not sending me the product.

I submitted an order with Burnbox on October 24, 2025. A very basic order confirmation email was received (only included the order number), followed by automated emails to sign up for their app subscription. After 2.5 weeks I decided I didn't like the app, and since nothing had shipped yet, I requested shipping information via their portal. They responded saying that it would be another 2-3 weeks before the products would ship. I informed them that I wanted to discontinue the app and requested a refund for the smart scale that paired only with their app. I did receive a refund for the scale, but 2 weeks later I was charged for the app subscription while still not receiving any information about the other products being shipped. I reached out again asking for a full refund as red flags were going up about this whole deal...I felt they were trying to outwait the cut off to dispute charges through my card company. They responded with a curt email explaining their refund policy and then blocked any further communication from me, as indicated by all email attempts bouncing back as undeliverable. At this point I am ending all business with this company and pursuing full refunds. I might not get those refunds, but lesson learned.

The supplements are great at keeping you hydrated and curbing appetite. The booklet is very informational and helps you prepare both physically and mentally for the fast. Although I thought about food constantly at the beginning, it was completely a mental matter, which is expected. First day for me was the toughest, but it got easier as it went. I only realized I had already been fasting for 86 hours because my wife reminded me to eat, so it does get easier as each day passes and the hunger pangs fade off. Ended up losing 4.4kg, felt super focused, lighter, and not bloated anymore after I finished. I have been following the recommendation of OMAD since finishing the fast on Sunday and feel great.

Felt great during the fast and lost inches everywhere and 10 pounds. Can’t wait to do my next fast! Definitely a great company!

I never thought I could go 72 hours without eating. The Burnbox protocol made it extremely easy. The guide book was extremely helpful in preparing me for the fast, and the box made following the routine foolproof. I had a slight headache the first two days due to eliminating caffeine, but I was virtually never hungry. Overall, I lost five pounds.

Worked well, a little headache the first day but next morning felt great, no hunger. Day 2 and 3 were easy could have done 4 or 5. Like the results.

I never received the product. It was no problem getting them to cancel my membership, but I have not received a refund for the product that I never received . It was shipped out 2 weeks ago. I`m sure it`s lost or stolen.

I decided to try this when they offered a sale on a four month subscription. Paid $150 on October 11. It’s now November 11 and I still haven’t even gotten my FIRST box. Worse yet, I was also just notified that Burnbox charged my card for another $34 today. Again, I haven’t even received my FIRST box and they’re already overcharging me for a product I haven’t even gotten. Their customer service is awful and does not speed this process along. Avoid!
