This product is a hoax and be careful. I purchased this box back in May 2026 and there was no follow up to see how the product was going. TBH, I never opened it b/c i wasn't ready. Well, fast forward 6-months, I see 2 charges, $150 for another box + $50 for the app, which ive never downloaded. I recently lost my job and was attempting to get a refund. I sent numerous emails, but no response. When I searched their customer service number i found 281-744-xxxx, but it happens to be someone's number who is not affiliated to Burnbox and who receives 60 angry callers per day. WHen I attempt to login to cancel my subscription, the site never sends me a link to reset my password either. I cancelled my card and hope to never see a charge from them again.
