Burger King at 1611 Main Street in Niagara Falls, New York is awful. Made my burger wrong 3 times in a row, kept putting pickles on it when I specifically said "no pickles," an employee told me I should check the burger for accuracy before biting into it, they are incompetent, dumb and rude saying ridiculous things. The manager is especially stupid in my opinion. Avoid this place. Corporate office in Miami should shut this franchise down and/or replace the owner because it is an embarrassment to the county, city, customers and the fine Burger King name.

Quite literally, how the hell are you still in business here in gloucester , virginia...... I cannot see how this store can even pay the electric bill , let alone the taxes with the money they generate or lock of....

I didn't recieve my correct order. On 6/27/26 I ordered the family meal which consisted of 3 whoppers, 2 fries, 1 onion rings and 1 chicken tenders. I recieved a cheese burger and a fry. I spent $40.79 I explained to the driver it wasn't my order. He stated that's all they gave him. I contacted customer support on 6/28/26 because they closed at 9pm. I went back and forth with customer service via Emails all day. All throughout the Emails I was treated like I didn't something wrong. Finally I had to call them on 6/29/26 just to be told they can only refund me part of my money. The person on the phone stated that's BK policy is only a partial payment can paid. Apparently if BK screw up your order it's the customer's fault. The fact the person on the phone felt like he did me a favor by offering me a partial payment is insane to me. NEVER ORDER FROM THE BK APP. USE DOORDASH, GRUBHUB ETC.....or go pick it up yourself. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!

I am writing to express my frustration with how a recent refund was handled. I ordered a bundle deal through the online Burger King website, which was delivered by DoorDash. The order arrived missing two Cheese Whoppers and a large fountain drink. DoorDash support attempted to contact the restaurant for a redelivery, but Burger King did not answer, so I requested a refund. I received an email from Burger King support offering a $10 coupon specifically for my "inconvenience," which I accepted. However, support later used this acceptance to claim the $10 covered the cost of the missing food, denying me a proper refund. It took five days of disputing this misleading tactic before I finally received a partial cash refund to my payment card. To make matters worse, the promised $10 inconvenience coupon, they sent me a the coupon but used it as partial payment for the missing food instead of giving me a cash refund. The coupon was never actually sent for my 'inconvenience' like they claimed it was a trick to avoid paying me back in cash. It took 5 days of fighting to get my actual money refunded to my card, and I still never received anything for the terrible trouble they caused.

Burger King sucks now my children have nothing to eat because of y’all foolishness and my hasn’t Came back that was my last to feed my minor children i am a disappointment customer dissatisfied and highly upset Will not give coupons to cover whole order so that means have to spend more money just to eat something already paid for I thought the goal of customer service was to have satisfied customers but instead your company is dissatisfying..Angry customer service

The Burger King in alberdeen Washington is the worst on the planet. There's never been one time where I've waited less than 25 minutes to 30 minutes, even. And the drive through, it's b s third, corporate needs to do something about this s***

How can you make the best better? I don't like the new Whopper. I don't like the sesame seeds on the buns. I also did buy the plain cheese burgers, then smother with green chili. Can no longer do this with seeds! What are you doing? What-A-Burger is miles away from my home; however, next to the Whopper that is my best burger. Good luck to you. Count me out.

I placed my order using my mobile app. When I arrived at the store I was told that door dash picked it up so I would need to contact them to get my food. I reminded them that I used Burger King app not door dash. Nothing we can do. So I left without my food. Deleted the app. Done. I did get a refund but you can't fix Stupid. The Damage was done. Store employees should have fixed that on the spot. But Instead sent me on my way with no food.
