Pam was awesome, but I didn't get the doll that I was supposed to get it seems like they're out of stock on everything when I finally got the back up doll it Was not what I ordered and there was a bunch of things wrong with it. Hopefully, they rectify this And they will have a better review if not service was good product not so good

Hello Joseph, We're sorry for not meeting your expectations. We did a check with the warehouse and the factory in charge about the package, all accessories were included. The extra pair of eyes and the extra wig was shipped separately though. We've also been asking you to send us photos and video of what you received and the "wrongs with it" that you were referring to, but we have not received it until now. There is no way for us to justify your claim, thus, hinders us to help further more. We appreciate your feedback! BunnyLoveDoll Club
