Hello Joseph, We're sorry for not meeting your expectations. We did a check with the warehouse and the factory in charge about the package, all accessories were included. The extra pair of eyes and the extra wig was shipped separately though. We've also been asking you to send us photos and video of what you received and the "wrongs with it" that you were referring to, but we have not received it until now. There is no way for us to justify your claim, thus, hinders us to help further more. We appreciate your feedback! BunnyLoveDoll Club

Hello Mark, We're glad you like our dolls and how we created them. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and make sure that the money spent is worth it. You made the right choice! we know there are a lot of scam websites out there, selling old stock dolls, and sending random dolls to buyers, and we feel really bad for them. Please let us know about your next purchase so we can provide a discount since you are a reseller. Have a safe trip and take care always. Cheers, Belle

Hello Ronnie, We do appreciate your feedback, however, you should know that the vaginal and anal holes are small because it's unused and brand new. The TPE material is elastic, over time, it will stretch. Is it possible for you could give us a better review since you mentioned that the doll is very pretty and it's realistic? It is unfair on our end to get a 1-star review. You could have asked us or researched about the characteristics of TPE. We carefully crafted these dolls using PREMIUM QUALITY MATERIALS ONLY to ensure durability and we also provide $200 worth of gifts. We would appreciate it if you can give us a higher review. Thank you very much! BunnyLoveDollClub
