BULQ.comReviews of bulq.com

Manifest count and Description always off. Combining categories allows for inspected returns to have either either that are visible damaged beyond salvagability, or completely missing items and LP numbers attached to empty packages or boxes in which anyone can clear see nothing there.

Always have to check current pricing on manifests. Prices are much higher than actual retail. Poor packing.

I bought a lot of NEW items. Over 13 of the items were damaged and not in new condition. Bulq did promptly refund me for the damaged merchandise and I really appreciate that, but it was an inconvenience that was time consuming to provide them with pictures of the damaged items and item numbers in order to get the credit. I also wish Bulq would keep their boxes item specific to what the customer wants to order. When I order women's clothing, I do not want it mixed with kid clothing or men's clothing. It would also be a huge benefit for Bulq to offer items from retailers other than Target brands which are not desirable for reselling. Too low profit for the amount of work to resell and a glut of Target products on the market from other liquidators as well.

All my merchandise was not package well which lead to broken and leakage all over all items purchased. They refunded my whole order.

Exceeded Expectations. I have purchased only a few BULQ cases so far but plan to continue purchasing. At this point I do not resell anything but rather use the items I purchase to update my home and pass on to friends and family. My last case was the greatest bargain. It was labeled Uninspected Returns under the Bed and Bath category. The highlights of the case were a queen sized duvet, queen/king duvet cover, queen sheet set, eight large incredibly soft bath towels, and some hand towels. All these items were apparently new with packaging intact. With these items alone it was a huge bargain! I was expecting some items in the case to be unusable due to the listing Unexpected Returns but all items were great and usable. BULQ has gained my trust,

I have never purchased from a liquidation company until placing my first order with Bulq. Bulq exceeded my expectations!!! Shipping was faster then I could have every imagined and the first box that I got was packed great! I was even surprisingly happy with the customer service that I received when a small issue acquired.

Products are not packaged well at all. Several items always arrive damaged. This is time consuming to go through and list for Bulq for a refund. When boxes are purchased as brand new there are always items that are clearly not in brand new condition. I know it takes time, but I think items should be inspected better before places in boxes marked for sale as brand new. Often these items are the reason I purchase the box and when they arrive as used, not complete or damaged it's very frustrating.

I love using Bulq. Great way to get new inventory
