Quality of items were great. Only 2 glass soap pumps didn’t have the metal pump portion making them useless

I bought a case off brand new stuff a lot of it had been opened and some of it has been used had to throw away don't know if I'll buy again

have ordered dozens of cases from Bulq. At first, it went alright aside from the occasional missing item or obvious damage to items that occurred in shipping. Customer service would always issue a refund to make it right. I generally would purchase "uninspected return" cases, which means the items are untested. Still, when I received an item that was glass and totally shattered, or an appliance that had obvious damage because Bulq throws fragile items in with heavy items, I would get a refund. As of January 2020, Bulq no longer offers and type of refund for any damage claims on uninspected return boxes. Now, they claim the items were without any guarentee abd you're SOL. That is incredibly deceptive. I've NEVER worked with any retailer/liquidator that wont refund for damages items. In addition, I started sharing these critiques on social media forums and Bulq began to delete my comments and block me!!! Any company that wants to hide negative feedback without assessing concerns is disgusting. I have also received many empty video game boxes and in boxes and the most expensive item missing before. Its NOT worth it. They are scammers. They also have their own Ebay account called Blinq that they use to sell the most expensive items, rather than putting them in liquidation boxes. Dont buy their cherry-picked junk!!!

BULQ is top-notch from start to finish. Their website is easy to use, their terms are easy to understand, there is always someone available to answer questions and address concerns, their shipping is fast, the packaging/boxes they use are of great quality, the products inside exceed expectations, and the value is unbeatable. BULQ is my new favorite "one stop shop".

All 3 purchases. 1 pallet and 2 boxes of Uninspected Returns of General Merchandise were excellent. Less than 1 percent were unsellabe but 90 % of those were usable for my family. Mostly everthing was in fine, like new. shelf ready and those that werent perfect only had some Tears or dings to the packaging. Completely satisified with my purchases. I recommend purhasing from BULQ but do your research of the manifests before you purchase as a reseller. If you are purchasing for private use. , you will not find the prices better or the quality better anwhere. I can safely say if you are buying for personal use, you wont need to read the manifest. Just purchase a box and get a lightning fast suprise grab bag(box) on your porch in a couple of days. Too much fun to describe.

The Like new and new need to be carefully classified. always I received like-new items in Brand new boxes. Otherwise, everything is very good.
