It was suppose to be new. Several products came opened and used. Some products did not arrive complete. They had missing parts, Also opened and used. If labeled New it should be new.

Not very satisfied considering I bought 2 cases now that were supposed to be new and one of the watches was missing charger and a cell phone is missing the battery

Was nice that shipping is included but the pricing is really high on things. You cant turn a profit yourself on these items.

greetings Buy a box. According to the 98% percentage of what their boxes have in the inventory they sent me, there is nothing worth 1 dollar and in my box there are about 12 dollar socks. That is a loss for me since my box comes to Mexico. plus almost all packages are missing parts. and of the 120 silent units comes 113. poor service.

I have so far had a very positive experience with BULQ. All my cases received so far have been all new products. Everything I have received has been high quality merchandise. I did have one case that had a lot of candles in glass jars that showed up with many broken. I emailed BULQ right away and within a couple days I had a response back from them with instructions as to what specific info they needed. They were very prompt and I was refunded a fair amount for the products I could no longer sell. I have had a couple items that where listed on the manifest with a higher price than actual retail, but a few were the opposite as well. I’m excited to continue buying from them. It’s like Christmas every time you get a box!!
