Package was misdirected and content damage
Update: Has been quickly resolved by the Operations Director Seth V. We have a vendor bullworker.com who really listen and take customer service satisfaction to another level. Bravo! Thank you very much! For the quick dispatch. Dan L. Package was misdirected and had to be readdressed again. (13 business days) It came shipped in a plain thin plastic envelope, so the paper chart had all the corners crumbled/ folded and a blood stain. The booklet suffered the same damage and the spiral bound spring is completely crushed, very nice to turn pages.... they look 30 years old already...

Hi Dan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Very unfortunate to hear your products were damaged in transit by the carrier. We are here to help make this right. We will have another chart and manual shipped out to you ASAP. I will also reach out via email with an electronic copy of the manual you can use in the meantime. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help. Cheers, Bullworker

Still too early.
Still too early for a full evaluation but after two weeks the Steel Bow appears to be a very good addition to my overall workouts and would recommend it to others.

The ISO-FLO is beautiful
The ISO-FLO is beautiful, ingenious, and-best of all-highly effective. First class piece of work, like all bullworker products. However, I am still upset about how long it took you to get it to me in the first place. If I had ordered it from Walmart or Amazon, I would have received it a couple of days before you even sent it out. I think you should stick to your strength-designing first class fitness equipment-and leave the rest to the pros. You guys suck at order fulfillment.
Response from BullworkerAug 22, 2022
Hi Mark, Thank you for choosing Bullworker to accomplish your fitness goals. We are happy to hear you love the ISO-FLO. It is a great piece of equipment! From our understanding, you ordered the ISO-FLO on a Saturday (8/13) and it was delivered on a Wednesday morning (8/17). This falls within our delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days. Although, we appreciate your patience and understand if this is not satisfactory for you. We are here to help if you have any questions. Happy Training, Seth

The iso-bow is a convenient "wherever you are" workout device. I am in my 60's and I can do my upper body workout easily when watching TV. I bought 4 of these to give out as gifts for this coming Christmas!
