Ok, definitely have to upgrade my review after Bullworker rescued the situation. After explaining that they had been closed for a holiday and a reorganization in their reply, they instantly put the situation right by mailing out the correct equipment. Top marks for that; putting something right and quickly, is the mark of good customer services. The old review before the update. The ISO Gym arrived in damaged packaging with the book badly dented. I ordered from the official website because I was told in emails, by Bullworker, that that would mean that I would receive the new version with the extension to turn it into a suspension trainer; I didn't! Despite several emails I have not had one reply or response to correct the situation or process the return.

Bought bullworker classic, was offered isobow so bought that too. Isobow was not in box when delivery was made and was not delivered. So one star for not providing what I paid for.

Very happy with speed of delivery. The product is good quality. Useful to have the additional springs to change resistance. The spiral bound manual showing exercises is very helpful.

I have many Bullworkers and several Iso Bows. The 28 inch is perfect. Highly recommend.

To Reader, I exercise but don't always do it every second day due to muscle aches, and I usually have a layoff. I find the Bullworker manual tuff, and I typically do other exercise items. I am trying to shed weight and not build a Herculean body. Some exercise is good for you in moderation. Thank You.

I purchased a Bullworker during when I was in my early twenties and was drawn back to the system in my early 60's. My product was delivered as stated on the order and I have been reminded as to why I ordered the Bullworker, in the first place. A very effective and efficient piece of equipment.

Ordered Bullworker few days ago. No update, no tracking number and Support doesn't answer to my messages... 0 stars from me. Where is my money Bullworker team? Update: Received notification about scheduled delivery. Finally arrived January 6th. It arrived in good condition as described.
