Hi Lucas, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback — even though it’s tough to read, it’s important to us. First and foremost, we take product quality and customer safety very seriously. All our products come from licensed suppliers and are lab-tested to meet industry standards. If you believe you received a defective item or were overcharged, please reach out to our support team directly — we’ll be more than happy to investigate and make it right where appropriate. Regarding taxes: we follow all provincial and federal regulations as per our accountant, which require us to charge applicable sales tax. We understand this might be frustrating, and we have heard our customers concerns and have took off taxes 2 months ago. We also want to clarify that we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. We only moderate content that violates our community guidelines (e.g., hate speech, spam, or personal attacks), and we always welcome honest, constructive criticism as it helps us grow. We’re sorry to hear we didn’t meet your expectations this time, but we’re here if you’d like to discuss your order further or give us another chance. Sincerely, Johnny Customer Support Team Bulkweedus
