As noted on our webpage, this product is sold as a trim/shake mix, so some leafy material and small stems are natural parts of the blend. However, because we move through tons of it weekly, we know it can be a balancing act to keep it clean. We still want to ensure you get great value for your budget. We are already figuring out a solution for you as our next shake order comes near. I will see to it personally to QC with shipping department to see what can be done.

To keep our menu fresh and interesting, we constantly rotate our selection. Our lower-priced flower is incredibly popular and flies off the shelves faster than we can keep it in stock, and some of our other specialty inventory operates on a two-month arrival cycle. Regarding shipping, we had to raise our flat rate to $20.00 for orders that dont meet the free shipping amount to keep up with bigger order sizes, rising courier costs/lost packages while ensuring safe, secure delivery and redelivery (lost package) of your orders. Also did you know we lowered most of our products and got rid of the tax, and we also offer free shipping to orders over 150$. We hear your frustrations about pricing and availability loud and clear, and we are actively working with our team to improve our restock consistency. We hope you'll give us another shot to make things right. Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback, most likely you checked out with a crypto payment option which we offer discount on it and you sent another form of payment to one of our 3rd party payment options, which voided the discount, we are only able to offer a 5% discount if you send crypto. Also, if you selected next-day shipping and it's an oversized package, it will, of course, be expensive! Please reach out to our support team they will guide you through the process of getting the most cost effective way to get your package safely and fast.
