I've been ordering from BulkWeed for a couple of years now. My experience has been absolutely fantastic. Every order was received with exactly what I ordered within 3 days. Because I'm so technologically inept, I've emailed them on several occasions to ask if payment had been received. They always respond within minutes. Truly, I can't say enough good about them.

Well it has been almost 2 months without a restock on carts now, and I just think they were fedded or something so beware when ordering, rip to bwus it was the best😢

I enjoy the shake as I am retired and on a tight budget, used to come very clean like it was strained and very nice, but lately my orders have been very dirty, and full of twigs and leaves, when I send a message no one gets back to me. Not Good

Hi David, thank you for the feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and the frustration with your recent shake. As noted on our webpage, this product is sold as a trim/shake mix, so some leafy material and small stems are natural parts of the blend. However, because we move through tons of it weekly, we know it can be a balancing act to keep it clean. We still want to ensure you get great value for your budget. We are already figuring out a solution for you as our next shake order comes near. I will see to it personally to QC with shipping department to see what can be done.

Hi JP, thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely apologize that your recent experiences haven't lived up to our past standards. To keep our menu fresh and interesting, we constantly rotate our selection. Our lower-priced flower is incredibly popular and flies off the shelves faster than we can keep it in stock, and some of our other specialty inventory operates on a two-month arrival cycle. Regarding shipping, we had to raise our flat rate to $20.00 for orders that dont meet the free shipping amount to keep up with bigger order sizes, rising courier costs/lost packages while ensuring safe, secure delivery and redelivery (lost package) of your orders. Also did you know we lowered most of our products and got rid of the tax, and we also offer free shipping to orders over 150$. We hear your frustrations about pricing and availability loud and clear, and we are actively working with our team to improve our restock consistency. We hope you'll give us another shot to make things right. Please reach out to our support staff to see what you want restocked and I will make sure to see to it that it gets restocked or find you something similar, and I will make sure to give you a discount code on that next order!

Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback, most likely you checked out with a crypto payment option which we offer discount on it and you sent another form of payment to one of our 3rd party payment options, which voided the discount, we are only able to offer a 5% discount if you send crypto. Also, if you selected next-day shipping and it's an oversized package, it will, of course, be expensive! Please reach out to our support team they will guide you through the process of getting the most cost effective way to get your package safely and fast.

I can't say enough good things about BWUS! First, the products are as good as it gets! Secondly, the people who are doing all the work are patient and helpful (I know because I'm old and screw up regularly!) Lastly, if you Search all day you will not find better pricing! A huge thank you to BWUS for all of your hard work!
