Truly horrible customer service! There is no return policy, if you don't want what arrives too bad.

Scammed by a Facebook advertisement for solar powered cab lights. When they arrived, product needs to be wired and holes drilled.

I ordered these Dragons from them on the 26th of March "still time for Easter" I assumed they'd arrive on or before as said because they were coming from Lafayette US their closest Warehouse to me in Canada WELL I'M STILL WAITING. They keep giving me the run around. From the very beginning they've given me a tracking number that doesn't apply to any carrier BUT TRACKING HUB and I've read stories. So I'm stuck 😕 and have more than likely lost out over $60 freaking jerks!! I gave a one star review only b/c it would only allow me to pick one to add my review. I can't even find their page where I ordered from anymore 🤷‍♀️ HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND SO ARE MY GRANDCHILDREN

Placed an order March 24th. Add said order today to get in time for Easter. I have yet to get the items. My first issue was they charged me 9$ in sales tax. I work for the Department of Revenue and the correct rate was under 4$. They refunded me the entire 9$ and failed to charge any sales tax.Next issue was tracking was not updating. Customer support kept blaming this on the shipping company. Finally my package arrived in the US the to it's destination city then to 2 more incorrect states. Today it arrived in it's town of delivery. Great. Only I got a scam text message saying undeliverable due to missing address information and I needed to click a link. I clicked and appeared to be a valid USPS page....until they asked for my credit card to charge me 21cents. Hahha I wish stamps were 21cents. Don't be fooled by this company Stick with Amazon

This company are deceitful in advertising of prices. When I questioned them amount a considerable amount extra I was charged and asked for my order to be canceled they ignored me. Be very careful if this company and there hidden taxes.

Never received my order, they kept telling me it was in transit. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding to my email. This is a scam company they don't have any problem taking your money and not delivering the product Poor customer service.

buletboard is a scam operation - send you the wrong item overpriced with additional unknown costs, then no return even though you send picture of wrong item. Save your money, buy from anyone else than these scammers
