Quick delivery. Product looks cheap.

The product was smaller than it appeared to be in the picture but that might not be such a bad thing!! Overall a good experience 😌

It work like they say

The ratchet looks well built. Feels good and the ratchet sounds smooth. I have not used it yet, but looking at it, I’m sure it will do what I need it to do.

The product clogs up. I'm not sure if it's me or not, but I have to let what I have applied set and then apply more. I can't grow most of my eyebrows because I have cancer. So I really want to be fair. It does work better than all other products I have tried. Oh, I see where someone was talking about Tracking, on another order I place the end of last year, using tracking 17.... I never received the order, and they say I did. I explained several time I didn't and that I have cameras and was home that day, etc.... they kept telling me to check with my neighbors. I told them repeatedly I had NO neighbors. Still, they insisted I received. It was close to a $200 dollar order. Never got a refund or my order.
