TrustPilot was contacted multiple times about this fake business. Their "about us" section is word for word stolen from another legitimate business which I contacted myself. Look it up yourself. I was checking back to see if this company was still on here using fake profile & they are.

I ordered wide brim hat, unfortunately there was a duplicate order, I immediately contacted the company to stop the second order. Within minutes they responded and said that it was too late to cancel and that I would love the product. I was told that I could return it if I wasn't happy. I asked about the return process and was told that after I receive the package if I still wanted to return they could assist me. I received the package and tried to return it, the response is the warehouse was in China and it would be expensive, they offered me, 3 dollars. I contacted them multiple times for the address and that I would pay for shipping and wanted a full refund. I was offered 6 dollars. I am continuing to push for a return address and a refund. I tried this with a similar company and put in a PayPal dispute, and was left with unsatisfactory products and my money nonrefunded. How can we stop this from happening???

What went wrong? Dealing with this company. I ordered two of them. The ad shows a large sprayer with a heavy stream. What I received looked like a toy. Your average 80 year old should be able to pee a heavier stream than this thing! It states that it is metal. I can't find any on it. I was offered $3 to keep it. No offer of accepting a return. I told them I would take that if I was given an opportunity to write a review. I had to hunt this site to do that. They said that $5 was as high as they would go. I'm totally disappointed with this buy and the way business is conducted here.

Haven't received it.

It took a long time to receive this. I purchased two. The ad did not explain what it could be attached to. It cannot be attached to a regular hose . This might be good for a smaller power washer. Very disappointed

This is the 3rd time I've gotten ripped off by this phony tracking site! You don't know that your going to deal with this garbage until you purchase a item! The site says it tracks it all the way to your house! NOT TRUE! Ive never received anything ever from this tracking site! If you see this site after a purchase? You just got scammed! I contacted the Bank to dispute the transaction and they look into it and since it shows tracking and a number they side with the "Shipper"! No refund! This happend to me everytime! You think you just bought a great item until you see this phony site! And you have no control over who tracks your item! And i just got scammed again! I would give them a big 0 if I could! There response is to email them and they will take care of the problem. But thier email is no good! You can't contact them! A total scam!
