As usual, my projector bulb arrived ahead of schedule and works perfectly. Bulb America uses top rated and quality controlled bulbs so I don’t have to worry whether or not it is going to perform to specs.

Good selection, but bad service
I placed an order for projector lamps and paid for overnight shipping as it was critical that we had the lamps for a presentation. I even called their 800 number the day I placed the order to make sure they could fulfill the order and have it shipped in time. I got their answering service and left a message with no call back. I called the next business day only to find out that the lamps had not been shipped and we would end up getting the lamps a day late! And to top it off they only refunded me part of the shipping rather than giving us the total amount of shipping back.
