Fast delivery, ordered 1 bulb and another of the same as a backup since the price was right. The first bulb had a broken filament, which I finally figured out after trying to insert it several times. The second works fine

We are having issues with the filament alignment lately and are having to send back lamps that we just received. This has not been an issue until lately (the past 6 months).

FEDEX took too long it was delayed, as I work at a church and I need these for the church and it took longer then expected.

Received bulbs a day earlier than expected. Installed in recessed fixtures with dimmer switches. Bulbs seem to flicker; not dimmable?

The problem was not with BulbAmerica, they sent the bulbs I needed out right away. The problem was with FedEx. They delivered it to the wrong address and it took me 2 days to find it.

Rather disappointed with this product. 1) Color of light from these bulbs is not red, but some kind of deep pink. They do not match true red bulbs. 2) Amount of light produced is only equivalent to 40 watt bulbs, not 60 watt as described. 3) The color coating inside the bulbs does not extend all the way to the base, allowing white light to be emitted, washing out the effect of the color. 4) Shipping charge was excessive: 50% more than the cost of the product itself.
