I bought a lamp with several functions but all it does is go on and off. NO time etc.

6 of the 18 bulbs I ordered are broken. I called Customer Service and left a voicemail. How do I get replacements?

The bulb came in good time but there is an issue with the bulb it will turn on for about 1 min and will go off. I put back my old bulb and it works just fine. Just wanted a fresh bulb but does not work. There is a defect in the bulb. Sorry

My Bulbs where damaged in shipping. The bulbs did not have any end packing and apparently the box was dropped on it's end.

Ordered the exact same bulb that was in my tv. This bulb arrived broken and defective. Still cannot get my tv to work.

I placed an order for projector lamps and paid for overnight shipping as it was critical that we had the lamps for a presentation. I even called their 800 number the day I placed the order to make sure they could fulfill the order and have it shipped in time. I got their answering service and left a message with no call back. I called the next business day only to find out that the lamps had not been shipped and we would end up getting the lamps a day late! And to top it off they only refunded me part of the shipping rather than giving us the total amount of shipping back.
