Ordered stock they said was available. Other then the notice that I had made a purchase and was awaiting shipment no contact with company. Was going to cancel but no where to do so. Phone number just tells you to place a claim online, which doesn't work. 2 weeks later still awaiting shipment which I doubt will ever occur. No way to contact company no follow up from said company.. Looks to be a fraudulent site buyer beware..They are making the claim that is because USPS is delayed but I order product from another company and already received what I purchased with in 4 days.

So I saw the reviews on here and got mixed feelings, but the place has good stock so I contacted them. They don't have phone support, but they emailed me back the same day, then I received a follow-up email containing an answer to my inquiry. I placed the order, and recieved it ahead of schedule (I expected it to be a day or 2 late). This place is legitimate and I will shop again. They are human, so you should place realistic expectations. When in doubt, email them about your concerns.

I placed an order on 4/10/21 and have not received any notification. I just checked and it says "Awaiting Fulfillment" and then I called and it says you can only go online and send a message. I will wait a couple days but then I will call my credit card company to dispute charges and note this is a fraudulent company.

Buyer Beware !!!! Placed order 2 weeks ago and have not received it or had my email answered. Cannot talk to them and won’t respond to me. Never do business with them ever again Finally got a refund 2 weeks later.

Good Prices and I like the gift I got, I know I saw bad reviews but decided to try them out because of prices and wow I was impressed. Just a bit bother for the shipping delay but they seem ok

Don't waste your money. My entire box of Dutch master green palma was VERY stale and extremely dry. Paper cracking off the cigar. Don't waste your time calling since they don't take calls anymore just emails. Never heard back from them and they don't accept returns if the package is open.
