I deal with a few cigar companies and delivery was on time and very appreciated. Well wrapped and I will use again. I like to watch for deals on my brand (Acid)

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, everything I need is usually in stock, and if not, it’s not for long. Super easy to work with, I don’t wanna get my cigars anywhere else

Don't order from this company
I placed an order thru this company and before shipment was made, cc was charged. Status of order indicates 'awaiting shipment' You cannot call the company, only contact is via their email and/or form. These are useless as they do not respond. Requested cancellation and refund but no response. Save your money, go elsewhere for your cigar products

I have loved using Buitrago Cigars ever…
I have loved using Buitrago Cigars ever since I stumbled across them!! They have (in stock!) my favorite but rare Black and Mild Casino. A lot of places claim to have them but when you go to make the order then you find out it's actually out of stock. Not with Buitrago! Shipping is fast and the prices are very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend

I would like to rate no stars because…
I would like to rate no stars because we are very dissatisfied with this company. We placed an order on 11/17 for Phillies cigarillos and we have received no emails verifying shipment and we have not received our order. The company had no issue taking our money but don’t seem interested in fulfilling our order. They are also not responding to our efforts to get any answers as to the delay or providing a refund. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
