*Update* Beware of this company!!!
*Update* One of the owners (Martin) called me directly and we had a lengthy conversation. He is very polite and customer service oriented. He refunded my credit card and will be sending me a carton of another brand to try for free since the product I ordered is no longer being manufactured. I will update again once I've actually received the free carton. Beware of this company!!! I placed my $105 order on Aug 25th 2026. The website stated to allow 48 hours for fulfillment. Its Sept 18th and my order still shows as 'awaiting fulfillment'. I have called the support phone number listed on the website. It goes to a recording stating they no longer provide phone support, they only have online support. I have messaged them twice through their website since Sept 4th and have received no response from anyone at all. So, today I filed a dispute for the charges with the credit card company get my money back from this shady company.

Dear Customer We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, we emailed you asking if you willing to switch to another brand in the same flavor as Seneca are no longer made unfortunately and is only available in Full Flavor , menthol and light , we added $25 store credit to your account so you can order 1 carton on us of any other vanilla brand for you to try as the brand you originally purchased is no longer available. I am sorry your experience with us was not up to par but we will work with you to make it better

always happy
Assuming they were not on hand as they took about 2 or 3 weeks to get them sent in the mail and I understand that can happen due to demand, but I got them and we are enjoying them as always!! they were a birthday present for my brother-in-law supper happy!!
