I am beyond frustrated with my experience with this company. We hired them for SEO services and paid approximately $1,200 per month for the last three months. Instead of receiving meaningful SEO work, the majority of that time was spent dealing with website issues that were introduced after their team made changes to our site. Let that sink in: we hired an SEO company to improve our online presence, and instead they repeatedly broke parts of our website and then spent months attempting to fix the problems they created. During onboarding, I completed their intake form and clearly identified the cities and priorities that were important to our business. Despite that, they created pages for cities that were not on my list while overlooking some of the locations I specifically requested. The website issues were constant. Mobile display problems, white space issues, misspellings of our company name, form-related problems, and other errors continued to appear after edits were made. Every time I was told something would be fixed "tomorrow" or "within a day or two," it often turned into weeks of waiting and repeated follow-ups. What makes this even more frustrating is that for the last three months, it felt like virtually all of the work being done was focused on correcting issues that their own team introduced. I did not hire a company and pay thousands of dollars so they could spend months fixing their own mistakes. Communication was also extremely disappointing. Getting updates or responses often required repeated follow-ups. Issues dragged on far longer than promised, and meaningful progress seemed to happen only after I escalated concerns or discussed canceling services. To make matters worse, after I provided notice to cancel and received confirmation that no further invoices would be issued, I was later contacted regarding an invoice that was being presented as past due. When I attempted to reach out for clarification, getting a response became another challenge. I have extensive documentation of these issues, including emails and communications. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. We hired them to improve our SEO and grow our business. Instead, we spent months dealing with website problems, delays, broken promises, and constant follow-up on issues that should never have existed in the first place.

They misled us: 1st, they had us turn over our domain; then they fraudulently had us sign an agreement agreeing to a 2,099 a month payment but never performed a single lead for us. When we ask to cancel the deal, they refused and sent us a bill for over $4,000.00, and they sent us to collections. When our attorney looks at this paperwork, with the intention to sue, we would have to go out west to prove what they did was fraudulent. Chris and his team are a bunch of crooks, they stole our website.

Built Right is a great company who really got my company off the ground a running! Would recommend to any business in general but particularly to a new business!
