BuildZoomReviews of buildzoom.com

Five Star Remodeling deserves every one of the 5 stars I gave them. In addition to being proactive communicators, the work was on time, on budget and superb. Having an interior designer as part of the team really helped me achieve my project goals. I have already recommended this company to friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for great work ar a reasonable price. Many thanks to the whole team.

Totally awesome guys! Jason and Brian take the cake when it comes to customer service!

My mom and I decided to renovate our home in Irvine. That is when our nightmare started. I rented a room from a friend and my mother stayed with one of my sisters in a ultra-modern Laguna Beach house which was not a home for a 90-year-old. We had three contractors, each time they took our money destroying the house more than the other messing up our house one after the other. I got sick and so did my mother. I was in tears giving my Mother a ride to Farideh’s for a weekly get together. That is when she told us to set aside all our worries since we have a “family designer and contractor” sent from God! Which was more than accurate. I met Saeed and the rest was history. As a real-estate broker, I was very familiar with the areas he was working at. One was Via Platina Irvine (a new Construction) a mile from my house, one on Wayside a gorges ocean view property in Crystal Cove -- a huge addition and renovate existing. As I talked to the owners they loved Saeed, Farah and the crew. They were also building a nest for themselves in Laguna Niguel which is really out of this world. Due to my job, I see a lot of homes but Design by farah far exceeded my expectation. I decided they are going our family builders. Saeed told me that he can start my job in 4 months! I told him, I had nowhere to go and my mom was getting sick because of all of this. I used my wining card and introduce Saeed to my mom. when Saeed met my mom, he could not resist her charm and kindness and build everything in 4 months. He exceed our expectations and he started in July and and after two long years of running around, we celebrated Christmas at our house that with all her children and grandchildren. Saeed promised to us and he kept it Farah designed all the interior including three bathrooms three closets three bedrooms, flooring, custom doors, Pantry room, landscape, Curtains, kitchen and living area. After two years my mom passed away. A few nights before she had a dream that she was in danger and Saeed was saved her. Saeed came to visit her and she was seeing him as her son. Saeed, farah and Soulmaz are part of our family. The workmanship speaks for itself and maybe matched but the human part of it is nothing but a miracle. The latest in our family, we have put my sisters house for sale in Laguna Beach so Saeed Can build her family a house in “turtle Rock”.

I built a sort of wrap around deck in the yard of my new construction/HOA home. Their rep Sal understood and delivered in terms of having built exactly what I wanted, identical in terms of material, to my neighbor's builder decks around me. Sal's apparent expertise w HOAs, allowed my application to be approved first try. The crew was terrific. Hard working, polite and extremely skilled. And based on other estimates, the price was certainly fair. I couldn't ask for anything more. Deck is perfect 👍

In early 2022 we decided to do a total kitchen remodel and replace the vanities in 3 bathrooms. I could not get a general contractor to return my calls. And the few I did get a chance to speak with said our job was too small. I contacted Buildzoom in May and within a week I had appointments with three contractors. I did not like one of the contractors so Buildzoom found me a fourth within days. And as it turned out I hired the fourth company. While comparing the different companies Buildzoom's team walked me through the bids; making sure we were comparing apples to apples. After selecting the contractor Buildzoom went through the contract and made several amendments on my behalf. It was worth paying for the premium package to have another set of eyes on the contract. The Buildzoom team was very responsive and we were able to handle walk throughs and meetings via Zoom calls.

Easy to understand and use

I was on a short timeline to get contractors to come view my project. BuildZoom listened and within 1 day, I had multiple contractors calling me! In addition, BuildZoom followed up with me after each call. I 100% recommend this company for any investor who wants assistance with finding contractors!

Great! Excellent platform and detailed information!
