Asked for estimates to replace about 20 sections of a 6 foot wood privacy fence. The consultant was eager to call and get details about the job, I indicated I was available, but she never called the next day I received a message from an out of town roofing company that said they are very interested in my project. He asked when he could contact me to get more details, I gave hime days when I would be available. Never received any more from him. Next consultant inquired about the project, I responded that I had not received any communication about the project, she stated she would get a couple more contractors to bid, 4 day later and I've heard nothing. So in sum I thought this would be an easy way to get qualified bids from reputable contractors, but it turns out that was a pipe dream.

Spent a good deal on the phone with their representative to get the ball rolling on my kitchen remodeling project. I'm told there are probably 3 or 4 GOOD choices in the way of contractors. I even listen to their big sell on an expensive 'premium service'. I politely decline the extra service and we agree to talk several days later to further the project. Several hours after the end of the phone call, I get a written message we are not a 'good fit'. I can only guess that those that buy into the 'premium service' (which added thousands of dollars) get to 'play ball'.
