Completely unreliable company
Completely unreliable company: they sell without actual inventory, display fake availability or 'technical errors' on their website, and make you waste months waiting only to arbitrarily cancel the order because they have no control over their own suppliers.

We’re sorry we could not fulfil your order. Your payment has now been refunded in full, with no deductions. Before you purchased, we confirmed in writing that shipment was scheduled for mid-September. When EcoFlow revised its estimated availability to November, we informed you and offered immediate cancellation and a full refund. At your request, we kept the order open and continued pursuing fulfilment. EcoFlow subsequently informed us that it would no longer supply this particular bundle through our dealer channel. This change prevented us from completing your order and led to the cancellation and full refund. We also acknowledge that the availability displayed on our website did not accurately reflect the supply position. We are correcting this. Keeping our product information accurate is our responsibility, and we apologise for the confusion it caused. You placed your trust in Build the Power, and we recognise that receiving a full refund does not undo the time spent waiting. Although the supply arrangements changed, responsibility for communicating clearly and resolving your order remained with us. We are sorry we could not deliver the products you wanted. Build the Power
