Love Buildium!
I really like Buildium, I like that you can use it to collect rent from tenants and pay out owners and vendors with direct deposit all in one software. You can tell that Buildium is the bridge for quickbooks and property management softwares to be all in one. Been using Buildium to build my business and I'm not sure why I would change. I do love the customer service of calling the help center with any questions. That's a huge blessing as well. My only complaint would be the trust account warning of not letting me pay the same vendor with the same amount for 10 minutes. I understand why its there but 10 minutes is so long. 2-5 minutes would be my recommendation.
