I have been using this software now for a year. I really like it I have never used a software that was easy to use. When I wasn't sure on how to do something they where there to walk me though anything I have asked. I would highly recommend this to anyone weather they have used business software or for the first time user as I was. One thing I really liked was that I could try it before I bought it. Once I tried it I was hooked. I hope this helps anyone that maybe looking for new business software.

By far the best property management software I've ever used. Rent Manager blows and Propertyware can't compete with what Buildium offers. The customer service is awesome, the usability is beyond awesome and the price is EVEN BETTER.

Buildium helps keep my business organized. My tenants pay their rent and submit maintenance requests online so they appear in my inbox rather than a lengthy phone conversation. I love the fact that all my reporting and record keeping is in one convenient place so my accountant and I can track all the data points. All in all, Buildium is well organized and the customer service is spectacular. This is a great system for automating many time consuming components of the apartment business.

It was a big decision coming from 30 years of paper accounting to a software based program. I choose to go with Buildium and here's why: 1. It's a software in the cloud so I can work from anywhere, using any computer. I can get support anytime I need it, not just for a limited period of time. Updates are constantly being made automatically, I don't have to worry about my software becoming out of date. 2. The price is right. We are a small company and can't afford a large bill for software. Buildium offers pricing that fit our budget. 3. I love the simplicity of design and ease of use. I did trials of several software companies as I was making my decision. As a Mac user, I expect software to be powerful, yet simple and easy to figure out without needing to take a class on how to use it. 4. I like the fact that Buildium listens to it's customers and makes changes based on customer requests. I've been using Buildium for 3 years now and have already seen several changes I voted for become implemented. Buildium has streamlined our business. It makes my job so much easier!

Buildium molded our company to act as one or united as one through providing accurate accounting data, proper work orders numbering, having an easy access to send mails/emails/text messages to all of our tenants, owners, leads and even prospect, getting an unforgettable customer service satisfaction from them via online tickets or over the phone and most of all system is very dynamic because they always re - create, reinvent and revitalize the style of handling this website. They also consider the welfare of users before deciding or changing something new to the system through users comments and suggestions. They valued the privacy of all the tenants, owners and managers that we have. Service wise buildium is very trusted because all personal information are secured and locked in one place.

I like having Buildium's property management online system because I can access it from anywhere, it generates the kinds of reports that make me look really good, it's built on solid best practice procedures for property accounting and management, I can generate the 1099s at the end of the year easily without having to pay an accountant, I can advertise my available listings online to the major housing sites easily and beautifully for free, prospective tenants can apply online and pay the application fee, I can get criminal and credit background checks efficiently and cost-effectively, I can communicate efficienty with all my tenants or all my owners whenever I have a message I need to broadcast to all parties, and the cost of it all is reasonable. I appreciate it very much, and my new partner is learning that this is a great system for property management.

Buildium is easy to use. All your property management accounting and bookkeeping needs are fulfilled. The customer service is second to none.

Buildium worked great for our needs. We have a portfolio of under 50 units. It is very easy to navigate and explain reports to owners. It is also cost effective compared to other solutions such as Appfolio. I also appreciate constant improvements and updates of the site. Highly recommend.
