A GREAT PLATFORM: Buildium does almost everything I need it to do and I especially love the financial part of it. However, it does have a few shortfalls that I think could be easily fixed. First, it is designed primarily for condo associations. There is so much "stuff" in the platform that simply does not apply to an HOA. It makes the program much more difficult to learn and navigate and seems cumbersome and cluttered. I think Buildium would do well to have separate modules for HOAs and Condo Associations. Also, the Word Processing capabilities are about adequate and not much more. I can live with those things because Buildium allows me to do everything I need it to do. By the way, tech support, especially from my Account Rep/Manager, Matt and Cam, is top notch.

Love Buildium and all the program offers. But there are a few glitches with uploading photos that need to be addressed so that all applicable users see the same information without getting lost in the transitioning from one area to another.

Comprehensive system to manage many aspects of association. We were able to move away from a management company and Buildium provides most of the services we need. Only challenge I have is with the account reconciliation tool but I just export data and reconcile in Excel.

Buildium's accounting is the weak link in their software. I spend more time having to enter items here that should have been done automatically. Overall it's a descent property management software program.

I love my Buildium software it makes things much easier and helps us be more efficient.

I enjoy buildium it is user friendly and easy to get help when needed. I would love to see an option to send things like addendums/assignments or inspections for signing without having to create a lease.
