Customer service is awesome! The wait or call back time can be a little long at times but well worth the wait. Once on the phone they take their time and help you through whatever problem you may have.

Builidum is one of the best software companies around. My background is in healthcare and I can definitely let you know that that industry is seriously lacking in regards to companies that create and manage software that is user-friendly and relevant to the needs of the organizations they serve. Buildium changed my life! Ever since I changed over to Buildium my life has been so much easier as a Property Manager. The various systems they have in place really address my daily work flow and their Support Team always takes care of my needs. They seem to strive for advancement and improvement which is very important to me because this industry is ever changing and we all have to change and adapt with the times.
