Best software on the market!

Service is great for our small self-managed condominium. Collection of fees and disbursement of payables is so simple and efficient. Record keeping is a breeze and the reports are more than thorough for accounting purposes. As an association there are many functions available and can be tailored to our needs. I'm certain that the larger professional management companies find everything they would need to be able to perform their duties.

Provides exactly what we need to operate a 118 unit commercial condominium. Super easy to use and enough functions to provide appropriate financial statements and unit owner accounting.
