Buildium has it figured out! The staff, the user interface, the EVERYTHING is perfect for all my needs. The system is expandable and makes it simple and allows me to get to the work of managing NOT paper work. Oh and when you sign up ask for Shaun for your on-boarding specialist...I am sure everyone is awesome but I KNOW he is!

I have been a customer for Buildium for many years. In regards to the Property Management side of my business. I can't think of one tool that is more important than Buildium. The tenant and owner online access, the 1099's, the repairs online, etc. The whole product has evolved into something I could not dream of doing my job without.

I left a call back number this morning when I called Buildium and got a call back almost immediately! And it was my lucky day as "Gustavo" was on the other end. He cleared up my confusion on two separate issues I was having and made my day! He was polite, patient and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! Just the best experience this morning and I learned some things that will help me in the future as well. (This guy deserves a big fat raise!) Thanks, Gustavo!
