The gentleman I spoke to this morning was very helpful and answered my question professionally. Thank you. BUT this has not been the case lately. I have not received call backs or responses to emails. The last email I sent I even replied that I am still waiting and offered my contact number. I still have heard nothing. On one phone call, that I didn't get the option for a review, I had someone laugh at my question. I USE TO brag about how wonderful your software and your customer service was.

Mobile app not working.. won't open on a consistent basis. When it does open I'm not getting notifications

I am having issues when going into tenant accounts and making payments, ledger,transaction history, etc

I like the software for basic rent collection, but communication with the tenant and value for using to list products is. It there.

There are many great features that are extremely useful. There are some that would be more useful if they had the ability to customize that would help with flow of business.

Having used Buildium for over 5 years, the software is overall a 4 star package, where the company could polish the product and add more features that would make it shine like a 5 star. But they lose a star recently for poor customer service online and some odd feature downgrade choices like a poorly managed renters insurance integration transition and awkward new feature implementation & messaging.

Reps that answer the phone are young college students that do not care or can even begin to understand this business is our lively hood and we take issue seriously and that there is sometimes a sense of urgency. Stop guessing at the answers and form a 2nd level team that can answer the questions. It shouldnt be that I can hear other reps verification information of other customers you need to get some noise cancelling headphones.What happened to the privacy. Additionally you shouldn't try and offer additional services that do not come with your package, there is virtually an app for everything that your offering. The posting of transactions need to be as they are made by the tenants makes for reconciliation easier. How can you deduct from money I haven't received into my account ...make for a cpa nightmare and this should not be a practice. Website needs to better and I shouldn't have to pay extra you should have templates we can choose from we are already making a higher monthly payment. I hope these responses you do something about them instead of reading and doing nothing because you dont have the funding or time to make things right excuses, that is were there is appfolio and others to choose from.

Good software but has errors that need fixed for example credit card info just gets dropped from time to time from accounts for no reason and when someone goes from year lease to a mo to mo lease it kicks them as a tenant and drops them and doesn't even charge rent until someone at office catches it. Some of these items should be fixed but after over a year of complaints they don't seem to fix what's needed to make this a good user friendly software and are more interested in selling products such as renters insurance act which may be nice but not what we need worst.
