The software which is very user friendly and allowed us to start without a property limit. We joined Buildium when we were just starting with 1 door less than two years ago and today we are over 100.

Software has a lot of different back end settings which lets you customize what your users and vendors see.

FEASIBILITY - IT WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE THE DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS

I had to call because I could not find the solution in the help section. My situation was that a new tenant had gone ahead and paid her prorated rent and deposit.

I had a great experience with their customer service. The staff was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. They took the time to understand my concerns and provided clear and effective solutions. I really appreciate their excellent support and would be happy to work with them again.

i like that owners and tenants can see whats going in in “real time” they can log in an get what they need such as 1099’s. or dates and amounts they pay its also open and i can work in sunday!!! LOL

I like the company support.
