Great Software / Minor glitches
The software has been a great update for our office. The difficult part is with any property that has splits, the reports do not show the split figures which is confusing to the owners. We also run into some issues with lease renewals and the default letter for those but we have adjusted as needed.

If you haven't already, please reach out to customer care regarding the reports for split ownership as well as lease renewals. Alternatively, we have Buildium Academy courses that you can review in your Help & Support menu. Hope that helps!

Amazing ptoduct and great service
It is soooo easy to use and the staff are great when we hit a glitch. The service is way above what we were expecting as it took days for our previous company to get back to us, if at all.

We have been with Buildium now about 60…
We have been with Buildium now about 60 days. The onboarding process was fairly smooth, the access to Support has been night and day compared to the poor access to support at Appfolio. There are a few features missing from the platform that hopefully will come on the road map soon. They are innovating and continuing to make improvements. Buildium is a platform we can grow with.

Good system but can be better
The system is very good. The only bad thing I’ve seen is when I run a report (bank transactions) and click on the email to send to my clients their email addresses are not there automatically. I need to copy/paste their email addresses every time I send them reports.

Thanks for your review, Julianne. If you have your clients saved in your Buildium account, you should be able to select them from a checklist. You should see a quick menu in the Recipients field. Then you can select the recipient type, and then click the check box next to each client you wish to send the report to. Good
Good, but still waiting on the integration of Tasks to our mail system's calendar (google). How difficult could this be? Been asking for years and we have to update the tasks and our calendars separately.
