Patient and polite

My experience today with Rowald was excellent. He helped me solve a number of issues and very patiently helped me learn some new things. I also want to say that the support team at Buildium is excellent overall. There is a definite learning curve to Buildium but with people like Rowald, Ben, Gerald, Evelyn, it is a pleasure to learn.
