With resident ledgers, ePay, billing, journal entries, and other accounting functions currently in place—along with a variety of Marketplace options—we do offer an extensive accounting for property management companies, but we are always open to feedback about what else we could add to truly make Buildium a one-stop shop for your management needs. Thanks for your review, JD. We understand that we aren't always the best fit for everyone. While some of our add-ons, aren't currently available for Canadian customers, other functionality, like the new Workflow Automations, Lumina AI Workforce, and more are available regardless of geographic location.

Thanks for your review. If this hasn't yet been resolved, we apologize. You should be able to download the report by going to Maintenance > Property Inspections. You should be able to find the report in question on that page. When you click on it, a modal should appear, and one of the actions at the bottom of the modal should be to Download. After you've got the report downloaded, you should then be able to navigate to the property (Rentals > Property > click on the property) and upload the report to the Files section of the property summary. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your review, John! Reach out to our customer care team to provide more info about the mobile app issues your maintenance team is experiencing. There may be some troubleshooting they can do to help. We just recently rolled out the ability to collect eSignatures for lease addenda, and stay tuned for additional eSignature functionality. If you're an admin user on the account, you should have access to everything Buildium has to offer. If you don't there may be user permissions preventing you from seeing everything. Support can give you more insight.
