I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my experience with Janine today. She was extremely helpful and patient with me as I navigated several issues with leases, financial ledgers, and refunds that I was unable to figure out on my own. Janine made me feel comfortable asking all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about the system. I truly wish I could always request her assistance. In the past, I have had two bad experiences with agents who lacked patience or made me feel like a burden. Today, thanks to Janine, I felt that the monthly money I pay to Buildium is well worth it.
