Buildium is an awesome tool for property managers. The BEST part is how skilled the help center is. I wish I knew the program in and out like they do. They always have an answer. Best help center ever. If you don't pay the premium for the call center, you do have to wait a little bit, but it's totally worth it. (I've also had Buildium for going on 3 years now)
