Buildium provides an intuitive interface with excellent customer support. Their continued development is making the software increasingly easy to use and functionally consistent. The accounting is straightforward and transparent with great access to clear information and robust filter options. Our only big complaints are that they don't have a good way to handle commercial CAM funds, and their listing syndication process doesn't preserve the aesthetic appeal of the listing very well (low resolution images, sideways photos, etc.). We look forward to seeing them continue to develop improved solutions for move in and move out tasks, leasing renewals/ending notices, etc, which are a bit weak right now.

Very user friendly but lacking some ability on reporting. Also, in order to get certain accounting features to work in real life several transactions need to be done to get it right. Overall very happy with product.

I have been on Buildium for 3 months now. I had a very good experience with the initial support and 'uploading' process. Now I am in a longer learning curve to expand my ability to use more of the functions in the program and this is a gradual process. I greatly appreciate the ease of reviewing and tracking the day to day financial position of my multiple companies quickly and easily. The accounting system is easy to use and functions much better than quickbooks for real estate management. It does take time to get help and figure out problems and issues but they are eventually resolved.

This program is well thought out and highly practical for a guy who's been keeping track on a spreadsheet for 20 years. The accounting function is advanced and it's taking me some time to learn that, but it's all there and really well done.

I have a small business (apartment rentals) and Buildium helps me organize every phase of the management process. I love tax time now because I really have nothing to do but to print a report and my accountant has everything needed to complete my taxes. Monthly rent is easily documented within a minimum amount of time. Keeping track of bills is simple. If a discrepancy exists with a vendor, I can easily download the history to document my claims. Buildium is also easy to use. I have been with Buildium for over five years and I am not a "techie". To learn the different features offered with Buildium, I would email a support ticket and in every case I would get a prompt reply. There was one occasion when it became necessary for Buildium to talk me through a process. I appreciated their patience with me. I inherited this business and so business acumen was not part of my schooling. I am not sure I could have become as successful taking over this business without Buildium. I am very pleased.

Buildium is perfect software for anyone managing property, whether just beginning or an experienced manager looking to enhance the quality of their reporting. It is extremely easy to use; covers all necessary accounting functions; customer service team has always been helpful and friendly; and the very few limitations I have found, I am certain that solutions are already being worked on and delivered soon. I would recommend Buildium to anyone.
