Great software and easy to use. Customer support is also very helpful and responsive.

I had such a great experience with Ae from the Product Support team. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. She was able to track down a payment from a previous bank account from almost six months ago, which definitely took some serious investigation and attention to detail. She stayed on top of everything and made what could have been a very frustrating situation feel easy. Amazing support and an amazing team. Thank you, Ae, for all your help!

it is hard to say what i love the most, I love everything Buildium. I find it robust, and easy to use

Overall experiene with Buildium is great. Especially for Premium subscription. There are just some process that I am hoping to get it automated. One of it is when updating unit address. I hope it will sync automatically on tenants profile for the address too.But overall, Buildium is great!
