Ignore the negative reviews that are for a different company. I rarely review companies but the folks in Illinois at builderswarehouse.com are having some bad luck with mistaken reviewers. They shipped my orders fast and everything went smoothly in the ordering process. I almost didn't order initially after seeing the negative reviews, but do some due diligence and order from them.

Hi Anne, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you received great service. This is Builders Warehouse Chicago (USA), an online-only supplier. We do not operate retail store locations such as Builders Fourways, and all orders are shipped from our Chicago warehouse. The review references a specific store location (“Builders Fourways”), which does not match our business model or location. There is a large retail chain using the “Builders” or “Builders Warehouse” name in Southern Africa, which may be the business referenced in your review. If your experience was with that business, you may want to post your review here so it reaches the appropriate team: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.builders.co.za

I've been struggling for at least a year to get my Builders Warehouse card updated with new details. A week ago, in the store, I spoke to Bonisiwe Dladla, Information Clerk– BWH Rivonia. It is because of her relentless following up with the head office and getting her manager to step in that enabled something miraculous to happen; the details have been updated on my card! She also notified me of the progress or lack thereof and communicated that she was still working on solving my problem. Thank you Bonisiwe.

Grace Vycor eNV-S For some reason this seems to be the hardest product to locate - Builders Warehouse had what we needed and it was delivered even faster than they promised! I want to say, in the past I was skeptical about using this website because of questionable review - I'm here to say they are LEGIT and they performed on their word and delivered!
