Response from Builders Warehouse ChicagoApr 24, 2026
Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. This is Builders Warehouse Chicago (USA), an online-only supplier. We do not operate branch locations or a call center structure as described, and all orders are shipped from our Chicago warehouse. Your profile on this review lists a location in South Africa (ZA), and the review references branch-level service and call center interactions, which do not match our business model or location. There is a large retail chain using the “Builders” or “Builders Warehouse” name in Southern Africa, which may be the business referenced in your review. If your experience was with that business, we kindly ask that you remove this review from Builders Warehouse Chicago and post it here so it reaches the appropriate team: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.builders.co.za
