Hi Werner, Thank you for your feedback. This review appears to be for a different business. BuildersWarehouse.com is a U.S.-based supplier headquartered in Chicago and operates from a single location. We do not operate retail stores or locations such as the one you described. There are multiple unrelated businesses using the “Builders” or “Builders Warehouse” name. Thank you for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad Jason and Amy were able to support you throughout the process and help make everything go smoothly, especially on your first major projects.
