I have ordered and items tracking number continues to say waiting for package, labeled created. Customer services continues to tell me there is delays.

Ordered on Dec 17. Stated 7-10 days shipping. Today is January 1. Nothing. I was sent a tracking number but according to USPS, they haven’t even received the package. A label was just created at the company site. I’m not really convinced that the package has been shipped. 16 days later.

IWe ordered a special gift for our son on December 11th, with the 7-10 day shipping policy, we should have been fine. The package has been stuck in Chicago for 4 days and will miss Christmas. Terrible communication and updates. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will make sure to pass the word and I am sure my son will pass the word as well. To top it off they do nothing to help you, basically “oh well we can refund you”. Never again. I will see when it arrives. You have been no help what so ever. Can you tell me when it would arrive?

I ordered the Ragdoll cat pet bricks. Although my husband enjoyed assembling it, our cat did not like this Ragdoll cat pet bricks that looks just like him so I took off one star for that. Several times our cat has tried to eat the bricks on the Ragdoll's ears. The Ragdoll pet bricks amazingly have stayed intact well due to the screws inside the bricks. Only the bricks on the ears have fallen off and been chewed up due to our cat's dislike of this item. I would like to post some pictures of our cat with the Ragdoll pet bricks. Please inform me how to do this.

Great product!

I bought the Akita and the leopard gecko. My daughter loved putting them together and they are adorable. She customized the Akita to look like ours and customer service was very helpful getting her the right bricks. Great product. Great customer service

I liked the choice of pet types, poses and colors. Ordering was easy and I received my order within 10 days. I can’t say how building it is; because I’m waiting to get moved before I start it!

Kit and instructions were easy to follow. Bought the spare black brick pack to color the beagle closer to our pets. Will buy again in the future.
