Please my order on 12/3. On 12/9 I emailed asking for an update on the order as there was no progress on shipping, label, tracking...nothing. I received an email in response to mine stating I would receive a tracking number. Got the tracking number that just said a label had been created. Ten days later nothing. I emailed again asking when the item would ship. I got back a ridiculous response stating from the company that they could not tell me when the item would ship. I only bought this as a Christmas gift. After the 25th I don't need it. I have asked for a refund. Let's see how that goes.

LET OP: Build-Em pets zijn dropshippers! Ze tellen 50% bij de prijs op en laten het versturen door de originele fabrikant. Bestel het gewoon direct bij Jekca en bespaar jezelf €30. Op hun website hebben ze een mooi leugenverhaal dat ze een Nederlands speelgoedbedrijf zijn, een hoop bla bla. En als je het product wil retourneren geven ze je een adres in de VS. Afzetters van de bovenste plank. Het product is prima, exact zoals geadverteerd. Maar dus niet dankzij Build-Em pets!

We have a number of their products. We have two life size Pembroke Corgi models. They are a slight challenge to assemble, but the instructions ARE precisely accurate. The end results are very sturdy and have elicited quite a few positive comments. We highly recommend this company.

This item was won from a FB post. While I didn’t purchase it they still went above and beyond on making sure that my set was personalized to look like my dog since there was not already a set like him on the website. I will be purchasing from them in the future as gifts for family members.

These are wonderful kits and are very fun to build. Maybe took me a few hours to complete. I will say that some dexterity is required as the little pins are quite small. If you have a puzzle sorter, I’d recommend using it, to keep your pieces organized. I have bought 3 of these kits, most recently last month. Each arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. If you want to see pictures, it is under the Sharpei and Beagle on the Build Em pets website. The third kit is a gift for a friend, so no picture. Have fun and enjoy!

The communication and customer service before the sale was great. This is a legit company and they will ship you what they promise. I was surprised that my order shipped from Hong Kong but I understand they ran out of stock in their local warehouse. My only complaints are that the box it arrived in was pretty beat up and for the price I would expect it to come in a nicer package with a print-out of the item and printed instructions included. Because it was a gift, I had to repackage it and print my own picture of the item and email them to the assembly instructions. It wasn't very elegant presentation. But the item itself is great and they did a minor customization for free. Despite the minor complaints, I would order again!

Wow. Not enough amazing things to say about this team. From the beginning their communication was awesome and they were detail oriented. Our dog is a brindle Pitbull - so there was a lot of small pieces. But it looks JUST LIKE her. The shipping was fast, the directions were great to follow. Just prepare- they don’t send them in the numbered bags like Lego. But if you take a sec and get organized the result you get is 100% worth a little bit of initial chaos. I wish I could post pictures. It’s a superb purchase and we’ll be getting one of our mini pinscher soon as well.
