They’re okay
I ordered two sets for family for Christmas presents well in advance to make sure it would get here on time. One of the sets got here with no issue. The other one was reported lost by the mail carrier. When I inquired about it asking if would send another one, they told me not to worry about it and to contact them in 6 weeks if I hadn’t received it. Two months later I get an obscure box in the mail with all of the pieces in a single bag, no instructions. My other set came nicely separated by brick type with decent Instructions. For the price I was expecting a little better but my family members loved their sets, even though one was a Valentine’s Day present instead of a Christmas present

Well Designed Dachshund!
Ordered the daucshund and it was so well designed. The instructions can be a little tough and take some getting used to. Other than that, I had all the pieces and everything fit together greatly. I was very nervous about ordering but I was very impressed! 5/5 stars

Color of light labradoodle not correct…
Color of light labradoodle not correct for what we received. The images when ordering looked more like a very light tan. Color of bricks in kit received was very white, almost with a pink tone.

The product was great but the delivery…
The product was great but the delivery system and notification was horrible. I had thought due to the disclaimer that this would have been delivered in 2-5 days. It took 2 weeks.
First, the DHL tracking number was wrong. Then upon reading the fine print on shipping it turns out that there is no way of determining where in the world these items will ship.
In my case, this came on a very slow boat from Hong Kong.
Though I like the product - had I known the delay - I would have ordered something else.

Hello Rich,
We're sorry to hear about your poor experience with our logistics, our apologies.
We've experienced a hiccup with DHL between mid-January and February, causing multiple packages to have a non-working tracking number and a delay in the shipping process.
However, i would like to clarify that we do not use ocean freights for shipping individual products to our customers. Ocean freights can take up to 45 days before delivery, and we only use them for supplying our warehouse in Florida with the bulk inventory.
Your package went with DHL's air shipping, but since it was not in stock in our USA warehouse, it came from another location (https://www.united-doggos.com/pages/shipping)
We're currently working on our new website, where shipping times on product pages are more accurately displayed and updated in real-time, so we'll provide our customers with a better experience and not have them check out specific pages (the shipping page, in this case).
