I ordered back in September for my grandson - still have not received. Sent several emails, tried to call - no phone number - Even today, sent the 5th email. I have been patient considering this goes back to September, but enough is enough !!! Yet, they keep sending advertisements to my email to purchase more product. What a joke - send my product, my tracking something or give me my $$ back and I'll purchasing something else for my grandson.

Placed order, nearly a week: no tracking!!When questioned this company became defensive. After reading all the reviews ( should have done aheadof ordering---daughter provided link of what she wanted for her birthday---I recommend to spend your $$$ elsewhere..Amazon has most products sold under name Jekca, a few $$ more( not much) but piece of mind, you will have customer support and actually recieve your order. Red flags everywhere with this company.Read all the reviews they are true--also my American Express sent fraud alert texts to me ---ordered with Visa----I should have taken heed to the alert. Like others 0 out of 5.If you Google the Jacksonville,FL address, it appears to be port storage dock , not a true place of business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered something with priority shipping on September 5th. Their website says that items normally ship within 3-4 days. After two weeks I contacted them and was told that there was a shipping problem. After another week passed I contacted them again - this time I was told there were some "internal issues" but the item was "heading" to be shipped. My priority shipping was refunded as a token of their failed order status. After the third week I had to again ask where my item was...I was told that I would hear something the following week - Needless to say the order was subsequently cancelled by THE COMPANY. This was ordered as a special birthday gift for someone that had undergone some personal issues throughout the year. This company is cold, unresponsive and will say whatever they want to make you belive the order is being fulfilled....DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them

Ordered Pitbull kit late June. Still waiting on it. Emailed company twice. They are "working in it" Spent $300.00 on expeditated delivery for birthday gift.

If I could it would be zero stars I ordered on August 2nd and nothing. Emailed August 17th after being patient and no response so opened PayPal dispute. God knows how big they convinced me to close it. As with others taking ages to reply and receiving nothing so I’ve opened a dispute again. At least they can’t claim delays due to Christmas. I wished I’d read reviews beforehand like I normally do and will not make that mistake again. All the good reviews are fake and from people who work there. I doubt they are based in US as the way emails are written is very bad and as though English isn’t their first language or they even know any!!!!

Same story as others. Ordered my product 6 weeks ago with a 2-10 day delivery expectation. I emailed and they keep giving the same “order is in process’’ response. They refuse to refund or cancel my order. They provide no name or contact information.

I ordered my custom kit (over 400 dollars!) in March. I have been so painstakingly patient with the company and each time have been let down. They will go months without updating me, and I have received an email of one draft over a month ago with no follow ups on the edits I want made even when I was reassured making them would be no issue. I have no idea where the project is in the development process, and the customer service and communication is absolutely abhorrent. I want to pursue a refund but also would be happy if they just sent me the kit that I paid for. It was a gift meant for an anniversary in June, the timeline fell within that 6 week window provided but it is, of course, long past that now. I do not recommend this company. They are unreliable, incommunicative, and rude when they actually deign to contact their paying customers. I feel foolish having paid so much for this product that I am not sure I will ever receive. Do not be like me.

Do not buy custom orders from this company. I had a multitude of issues with my order, so be prepared for a lengthy review! It took them MONTHS to send my order. I ordered it in November, it arrived in April. The fact I paid for a fast track service and that’s what I got is beyond a joke. When it finally arrived, I open it to find no manual had been sent. I paid for one, yet it wasn’t anywhere. I had to email to wait for them to send it to me. At this point I thought I was getting somewhere, I was offered a partial refund for such an awful service and then actually had a (what I thought was) sincere apology. Lo and behold, a few weeks later, after finally being able to start the build I find that I have missing pieces, 4 to be exact, meaning I couldn’t finish the build. Again, a small bit of positivity arose when they ordered some bricks for me as replacements, however sadly when they arrived they were not the correct parts. After getting busy with work and having to deal with other life things, I managed to order the correct pieces myself to finish the build. Only then to find the DELETED the manual they had sent me. Gmail stated it was a PDF, so I assumed it was an attached PDF document. Nope! It was a link to a PDF on a Google drive they had now deleted. I have since emailed 3 times asking for the manual to be resent and still have not heard anything back. The whole experience has been abysmal. I really do not recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I will get a response soon so I can finally finish this build and be rid of this company for good…
