Professional, Responsive and Reasonable
The wedsite was easy to navigate. I submitted my application smoothly. Bunker was very responsive and kept me updated throughout each step of the process. They found an insurer quickly and the rates were reasonable. When the COI needed to be changed to another company, they did it within 12 hours of the request--fantastic, professional customer experience!

Policy Renewal
My experience with the company pertained to policy renewal. As a return policy holder, I appreciate how a reminder was sent for annual renewal time & then again each month when payments are due. Being able to complete the renewal & payments online is convenient and easy to do.

The staff was very nice
The staff was very nice. only had one annoyance which caused a lot of lost time- the online application would not work on any of our devices. otherwise, the whole experience was great.
