My account suddenly disappeared! I have been using Build Bunker for a few years and have had good experiences so far with really responsive support. However, when I tried to login today, my credentials didn't work and it seems like my account disappeared. I tried to call, but the phone line doesn't provide support, and have sent multiple emails but have gotten no response back! What is going on???

You send me a quote and it says to call to pay. When U call you say you only have on line support. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Will move to a firm that values their customers and understands that sometimes you need to talk to a live person who know the insurance business. Texting does not work

Hi Gordon, I apologize for the miscommunication where the carrier quote said something different than Bunker. Our emails gave the accurate information about how the policy would be billed. We are still happy to set up phone calls and talk to our customers! We have just streamlined our process by using primarily email support, and we have seen that we are able to provider quicker responses and better service! I'm sorry that this was not the case for you, as we truly do value our customers and we are committed to providing great service.

I have worked with them for over 2 years. This year, I got a dramatic increase in my premium without any context or explanation, as I never submitted a claim. I'm not sure why.

Hello - thank you for your feedback. It looks like the Carrier notified you of the upcoming premium increase more than 2 months before the renewal date. Since this is automatically sent to you by the carrier we did not reach out with the same information, but you can call or email us anytime to discuss your policy. Frustrated
I've used Bunker for years. In the past, someone would answer the phone or return calls quickly in order to have a conversation with you allowing you to easily get a policy, renew a policy or have questions answered. This created a very personal experience and made the customer feel important. This last experience required five days to get my policy reinstated. When I called and someone answered the call, they advised to send an email instead of attempting to resolve the issue, If calls were not answered by a human, you could leave a message which was returned four to five hours later or the next day. If something was done incorrectly and required follow-up, it was another four or five hours for a response. I don't have five days to wait by my phone for Bunker to return calls. When a client requires proof of insurance, five days is to long to wait. It appears that at least some of the staff is very competent and hopefully this is just a temporary manpower shortage that Bunker is correcting. Bunker needs to get back to the previous level of customer service they provided.

Didn't get much support. I had to call multiple times to understand the status of my request.. I personally had to go to generate my certificate from Liberty portal.. Didn't see mu value in getting this policy from Bunker..

I was not provided with a renewal option until the day after my policy expired. To my knowledge, I still don’t have one yet, 4 days later, even after making payment. I need a COI for a business matter that I’m now delayed for. The service is traditionally superb, but this year renewal has not been reflective of my years of experience with Bunker.

I was in a hurry to get insurance sorted out in order to set up a contract. I initially got a quote from Bunker. Then I got a notice that the quote wasn't valid. Then I got a new quote. An employee from Bunker was communicating with me via email, and then abruptly vanished. I followed-up at least 6 times over the course of a week and a half before he finally replied again and sent info about the insurance. It was very bizarre.
